i, I’m Zack–a writer and producer in Washington, DC. In addition to those two things, I also help help organizations with content creation, digital strategy and app development. I regularly write on tech policy for The American Consumer Institute and a few other groups. I’m really interested in anything at the intersection of politics and policy, media and technology.
I’ve written and produced news for a few different news organizations in both Chicago and DC. What I covered ran the gamut from policy and foreign affairs to arts, culture and books. In between media gigs, I did a stint at a think tank. Before journalisming and think tanking, I started a company with 3 of my friends from high school and ran it for a few years. And before that, I helped run political campaigns. My places on the Internet are to the left.
